The rooms of the hotel were good-sized with a fridge. Everything here was excellent.

This place was very clean and had a fabulous restaurant, the staff here was extremely helpful, and the location was perfect for a wonderful stay during a business trip!

My stay at Quest was excellent. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center. The room was clean and well-presented, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. The convenience of on-site parking and self-serve laundry facilities made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. I had a great experience at Quest and would highly recommend it.

I found the staff to be very helpful advising that It maybe a good idea to park under the hotel and not leave the vehicle out on the street I like the room, the bathroom was good and there were enought towels for myself and my partner the only thing that concerns me was not enought sugar,

Very comfortable,very clean except for blind in bathroom not clean,no bar vacilities ,could arrive late,room really cold because windows were open thought strange considering it July.had to pay extra for carpark and book before arrival No family atmosphere but I still appreciated it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which was conveniently located only 1 km away from the First Church of Otago.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel and would stay here again. The staff was pleasant, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. I was pleased with neat and modern room, which was complete with bedroom, a microwave and a great view.

Our rooms faced Cumberland street. On Friday night the traffic noise was heavy & constant. On Saturday night there was little traffic noise, however the pedestrian noise was frequent (people yelling at each other) at 5am on Sunday a couple had huge arguement. However, I realize the hotel has no control over people on the sidewalk or traffic. It just comes with being in a city. I loved the stay!

Tidy, comfortable room in a well situated position in central Dunedin City.

Wow! Our romantic escape was amazing! We were pleasantly surprised with the complementary breakfast and the bottle of wine in our room. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to all the restaurants, cafes and bars. the views from our room were breathtaking, we loved seeing the sunrise and sunset from our window every day. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi as it allowed us to stay connected with our loved ones back home.

The air conditioning which didn't work properly and the room was a bit too warm for our liking. We had trouble sleeping comfortably during the night.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect, right opposite the Cadbury factory and within walking distance of everything in the center. The staff was very helpful and gave us good information and service. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a big comfy bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. We also loved having the option to do some laundry with the washing machine and dryer provided. The amenities were great, from the free Wi-Fi and toiletries to the tea and coffee facilities. We definitely felt pampered and relaxed during our stay here.

The great locality and helpful friendly staff. I arrived after reception was closed and it was easy to book myself in via the intercom system. Also the cleanliness of the rooms I booked and great facilities.

I had booked the one bedroom apartment & a studio room but requested a 2 bedroom one if one became available - return email advised this was possible . Really enjoyed the 2 bedroom apartment option - gave space yet could be together as a family . Also liked having washing macine/dryer. Comfortable beds with lovely clean bedding

Would have preferred a shower cubicle rather than shower over the bath

We loved the central location of the hotel as it was walking distance to all the local restaurants listed in the compendium. It was also handy to have two supermarkets nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, and the staff was exceptional in providing helpful information on transportation options in the city.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
